50 grams of cream cheese
1 cup of water
1 package of unflavored gelatin
3 teaspoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 package of Splenda or any artificial sweetener equivalent to 3 teaspoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix the gelatin and the water and let it sit for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, blend the cocoa powder and the cream cheese together. Heat the water in the microwave for about 1 minute. Add to the water the splenda and stir. Add gradually to the cream cheese mixture stirring constantly. Add the vanilla extract. Cool in the fridge until set, this will take at least 2 hours.
This is an adaptation from Linda's Its-a-Snap Cheesecake from genaw.com . If you want to, substitute the water with soy or almond milk or half of the water with heavy cream.
