Microwave linseed cake/bread

1/2 cup of linseed
1 egg
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Salt/Artificial Sweetener
2 tablespoons of butter
Soften the butter in the microwave. Add the egg, the baking powder, the salt or artificial sweetener and stir until combined. In a food processor, grind the linseed until it looks like a powder. Add to your mixture and heat in the microwave for 1 minute or until done. If you insert a toothpick it should come out clean. 
You can add cocoa powder or vanilla extract if you decided making it sweet.
This is a great recipe I tried today and i fell in love with it. Its very quick and easy and still delicious. Don't worry about eating or not the linseed, it has got no carbs and really gives a lot of texture to the cake. This cake can be a little bit dry, so I tried it with some heavy cream on top and it was very delicious.
